The phenomenon of Migrants Smuggling and human trafficking (undocumented, forced and irregular migration) especially those involving child trafficking and lack of opportunities for self-actualization and improvement within immediate environments, corruption, poverty, marginalization, deprivation, illiteracy and inequitable distribution of resources are intrinsically intertwined multifaceted human/minority rights, socio-cultural, humanitarian and economic development problems. These challenges, also affects social cohesion, human development, the rights to self-actualization and determination, peace, safety and security, a bad situation that has become a blot on the conscience of society. This course provide the leverage for training and capacity building for tourism, travel and hospitality businesses, professionals and service providers. To achieve the broad based, grassroots goals and objectives, registration and participation by other relevant stakeholders are acceptable.
